Programs

Pan-African Community Action (PACA) develops Programs as a concrete expression of community self-determination. Each Program is designed to build leadership, develop practical skills, and address the material conditions created by poverty and oppression faced by African people. Through these initiatives, PACA seeks to strengthen collective capacity, promote political consciousness, and advance the struggle for liberation
